When I thought everything was taken care of, I received a text from State Farm stating that our policy still hadn’t been paid. I called the 409 number and spoke with Ken Ross. Despite it being his first time handling life insurance policies, he personally resolved our payment mishap and followed through on his promise to ensure everything was correctly set up for our future payments.
